The purpose of Church Nursery Volunteers Co-ordination is to insure that the church nursery is available for all who would like to leave their children there. It embraces all children from birth to 3 years old. It is available for all church services on Sunday morning and for special meetings (Nursery is announced ahead of time when it is available for special meetings/events.).

The nursery is operated by staff members plus volunteers. Everyone involved has been O.K.'d by the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance. There are always two adults present.

There are presently 34 volunteers composed of mothers, fathers, grandmothers, and others with a sense of commitment in this area. Each volunteer serves no more than 3 times a year. Volunteers are always needed as situations change.

The pay is not measured in dollars, but in the heart warming association with the children.
