Sunday Nights – 6:30

The Lounge

   This class is open to all ages and to all people who are seeking to know more about the Word of God and how to apply it in daily life.  We are a very informal group who gather around the tables to feast on God’s Word as a hungry family gathers around the dinner table.  There is Bible-based study on Books of the Bible and also on topics of interest.  We follow where the Lord leads and sometimes, like birds pecking at the ground in the yard, we wander in uncharted directions where God takes us feeding on the seed of the Word as we go.  The path isn’t always straight but it is always God-lead and God-centered.  We welcome hungry people!

Tuesday Evening Bible Study

This year’s study will be on Psalms and will begin on Tuesday, September 26.  Each Tuesday evening we will gather in Wesley Chapel at 5:30 for a catered meal (a freewill offering will be received each meal to pay for it).  At 6:30 the children will go to another area for some activities for them, and we will begin the Bible Study.  If you are unable to come to the meal at 5:30, you are welcome to come for the Bible study at 6:30.   Each session is guaranteed to last only one hour.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study

We will have the same study on Psalms on Wednesday mornings beginning on September 27th.   We gather at 9:30 A.M. in Wesley Chapel and donuts and coffee will be available.  There is no babysitting available during this study.  Each session is guaranteed to last only one hour. 

These will not be hour-long lectures by the pastor.  This is a time for all of us to share and to grow in our faith.   Those who attend Bible study are the first to admit that we do not know the Bible as well as we should, and so we take the time to seek out God’s Words.  If you share in this need, please do come
